The ArcGIS Mobile Software Developer Kit (SDK) provides developers with a set of .NET tools to build a full range of custom, small-footprint mobile GIS applications that provide basic GIS functionality including map display, navigation, GPS support, simple viewing, and GIS editing capabilities. Mobile GIS applications created using the SDK can be deployed to arange of Windows Mobile devices including smartphones, Pocket PCs, and tablet PCs.
